Licensed since 2016, Carly got into skincare when she realized her previous life as a scuba instructor served her no purpose in Portland, Oregon…
As a result of spending way too much time in the sun, Carly began to notice the effects of poor judgment on her skin. That, coupled with a morbid fascination of watching Dr. Pimple Popper videos at work, she soon discovered the world of Aesthetics. Carly studied at the Aveda Institute Portland and went on to study medical aesthetics at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics. It was at Spectrum where she discovered her love for advanced procedures and realized her ability effect change in peoples skin.
Fast forward to 2019 and CJ Aesthetics was born, a small studio in the Historic Gatsby building just right above her beloved yoga studio, YoYo Yogi. Her passion and drive to help people with their skin, to help them regain their confidence or simply just age gracefully is what truly makes her an asset in the industry.
When not in the office you can find her in the garden with her two dogs or chasing the Oregon sunshine at the coast.
